1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the gck444 platform in any capacity.

• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which governs all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.

References to singular forms include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register and use gck444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.

• You have not previously had a gck444 account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 gck444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.4 Each individual may maintain only one registered account. If gck444 identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all accounts may be merged or closed at gck444's sole discretion, and any bonus funds across all accounts will be forfeited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 gck444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability is subject to change and may be updated without advance notice.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though gck444 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with its anti-money-laundering procedures.

3.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. gck444 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used to make a deposit on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.

3.4 Withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within five minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three banking business days.

3.5 gck444 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which gck444 accepts no liability.

3.6 All funds deposited into gck444 must originate from payment methods lawfully held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 gck444 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, the following default conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility.
• Minimum odds for qualifying sports bets: 1.50 per selection.
• Bonus expiry: 30 calendar days from the date of crediting, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.

4.4 Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing contradictory bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will have all bonuses and derived winnings voided and their account(s) closed permanently.

5 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

5.1 All games offered on gck444 — including live casino tables, slots, poker, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sports betting engine. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at gck444 staff or other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

7.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gck444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at gck444's discretion for non-breach reasons (e.g., commercial decision or regulatory requirement), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the last used payment method within 10 business days.

7.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Any pending wagers will be settled according to their outcome, and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's payment method within five business days of account closure confirmation.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the gck444 platform — including but not limited to the gck444 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of gck444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gck444 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any gck444 content without prior written consent.

9.4 In all circumstances where gck444's liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability of gck444 to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
